KillerCreation Networks - Support - Frequently Asked Questions - If I rent a dedi/gameserver can I upgrade/downgrade later?

If I rent a dedi/gameserver can I upgrade/downgrade later?

Upgrades

Yes you can upgrade at any point during your contract period as long as the server you would like is available in stock. If the server is not in stock, that being they are currently all rented out by other customers, we can still give you an estimated date when that specific model will become free.

How does payment work when upgrading ?

We use a simple credit system. The available credit would be worked out on your existing server, that can then be put towards a fresh month on the new server.

Downgrades

Downgrades, again this is possible but only after your contract on the existing server has finished. Please notify us before the end of your contract so that we can get the server ready for you.
